Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 4 to 6 years are charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 7 to 10 years are charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
One child from 11 to 15 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 400 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Half board is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
