Filzmoos is a cosy, snow-sure mountain village at 1,000 metres above sea level, 60 km away from Salzburg. Located in the heart of the Ski amadé winter sports region, you will find ski schools and ski busses there, as well as slopes leading down to the valley. There are also cleared winter hiking trails, marked and well-groomed cross-country ski runs (including a unique panorama ski run at 1,600 metres, easily accessible by cable car), and horse-drawn sleigh rides.

Please note that a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 29 (Studio) and EUR 45 (Apartments) is not included in the room rate and is payable directly at the hotel.
Guests will be contacted by the hotel after booking for arranging a bank transfer of the deposit.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the first three nights will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
